IF you want me to dedicate a whole week to you, you will have to pay an extra 30%❤❤Adjustments can be done only in sketching phase.❤❤Once completed, a final render will be sent to the designated email by the customer. In case of stickers, we will speak on Telegram and I will send the commission in file format.
Once the final delivery is sent, my job is done. Client is responsible for storing all deliverables. I am not your backup service.❤❤I reserve the right to refuse ANY commission request for any reason.
I am entitled to decline any commission at any time if it upsets my sensitivity or lies outside of my comfort zone. Please be mindful of that and respect me as you would like to be respected.❤❤I reserve the right to make color modifications if needed for a better composition.❤

Permissions❤Reposting is permitted to any site as long as proper credit is given.❤❤Commercial use is not allowed (If you are interested in acquiring my art for commercial use, please state so and it will be discussed).❤❤Watermarks must be retained, helps me as an artist to protect myself from theft (I can modify the opacity BUT DON’T MOVE PLACE).❤❤My art is not meant to be traced and/or edited in any way.❤❤If you want the commission to be kept private please note beforehand.❤❤In order to showcase my work to the world, I reserve the right to use the final image in art books, prints, patreon, etc. In that case, credit for the character will be provided accordingly on the final product without any other form of compensation.❤

If you do not meet this condition, you will be added to the black list)-❤I am not great at drawing weapons and vehicles, but feel free to ask.❤❤Extremely complex characters, wings and props will be charged extra.❤COMMISSION PROCESS❤contact me, providing your idea and reference sheets/images. Be as specific as you can! Help sketches appreciated! (My native language isn't English)❤❤If your idea and commission is accepted, I'll contact you telling you so and when I will provide a WIP which will be a quick sketch. ❤❤WIP is delivered to you, at this point you are to tell me any changes, modifications and corrections you might want.❤❤I will send you the WIP with the changes, once is accepted, I'll request payment. This’s via PayPal and in US Dollars/ Mercado Pago y ARS.❤❤I usually work after receiving payment. Sometimes I make the sketch before payment. But they are strange!❤❤Once I get the payment, I'll proceed with the lineart and adding flat colors and send a second WIP for any changes on the character(s). At this stage you can request only minor changes such as expression or small details of clothing. You can also request changes to the colors.❤❤Once you acept the second wip, all changes you might request will entail and concur in extra fees that you'll need to cover before I do such changes.❤❤Changes are made, then I proceed to shade and Deliver the final product to you in full resolution.❤❤ Any changes you want after I deliver you the final product will have a cost that might go up to 40% of the original price of your commission.❤

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS❤If you received the WIP sketch and wish to cancel afterwards I will refund only 75% of the value minus PayPal fees.❤❤If you received line art with flat colours and wish to cancel then I will refund only 30% of the value minus PayPal fees.❤❤ If you will retract the payment after your commission was finished, you will be banned from my gallery and future commissions and I will make your breach of contract public to warn other artists in the future.❤❤ I BEHOLD THE RIGHT TO RE-UPLOAD ANY CANCELLED COMMISSIONS AS A YCH.❤BY COMMISSIONING ME, IT MEANS YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACEPT COMPLETELY EACH AND EVERY ONE OF MY TERMS OF SERVICE.
